TPK Park Sets Malaysia Book of Records

TPK Park in Puchong has officially earned a place in the Malaysia Book of Records after being recognised as the Largest Home & Living Retail Cluster in an Industrial Park, marking another milestone for the township’s growing retail landscape.

Located in Taman Perindustrian Kinrara, TPK Park brings together 16 Home & Living retailers across approximately 96,728 square feet, offering a wide range of home renovation, furniture, kitchen, bathroom, and interior living solutions under one destination.

The recognition highlights Puchong’s transformation into one of the Klang Valley’s leading Home & Living hubs, driven by years of residential growth, improved connectivity, and continuous private sector investment.

During the award presentation, Selangor Executive Councillor and Kinrara Assemblyman Ng Sze Han said the achievement reflects the state’s commitment to revitalising mature townships and commercial areas through long-term planning, strategic partnerships, and sustainable investment.

Adding to the momentum, TPK Park also announced a seven-figure investment of more than RM1 million for its next phase of upgrades, focusing on placemaking initiatives and environmental enhancements to further improve the visitor experience.

The latest recognition reinforces TPK Park’s position as a one-stop destination for homeowners, renovators, and interior enthusiasts while showcasing Puchong’s continued growth as a thriving commercial and lifestyle hub.
