KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 24): S P Setia Bhd (KL:SPSETIA) is unveiling new double-storey semi-detached homes named Anggun Villa III in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong this Saturday (Oct 26). The development has an estimated gross development value of RM105.17 million.
Anggun Villa III comprises 30 double-storey semi-dees, where each unit will have a built-up size of 3,951 sq ft and land areas that range between 4,058 and 6,078 sq ft. The selling price starts from RM3.38 million.
“We are excited for our upcoming launch of Anggun Villa III in Bandar Kinrara, as we capitalise on the steady growth of the Bandar Kinrara township and the success of our previous launches, such as Irama Villa IV, which was launched in March this year and is almost 100% taken up,” said S P Setia divisional general manager Razly Mohammad Rus in a press statement on Thursday.
