Currently have a mobile booth at Shell - Jalan Kepong providing service to register RFID sticker for car owner. It was currently register with free of charges!!
If you are interested, may bring along with your document below:
a. Original and copy of NRIC or Driving License or Passport (if non-Malaysian)
b. Copy of Vehicle Ownership Certificate (Grant) or valid Insurance Cover Note
c. Authorisation letter from vehicle owner (this is if the Touch ‘n Go eWallet account holder and vehicle owner are different)
