Puchong Residents Can Report Road Problems Directly Through MyJalan

Puchong residents who come across potholes, damaged roads or other road-related problems can report them through MyJalan, the official road complaint platform developed by the Ministry of Works (KKR).

The service was recently updated on 21 September 2026 and allows residents to submit reports directly from their smartphones.

What Can You Report?

Residents can use MyJalan to report:

  • :hole: Potholes and damaged roads
  • :light_bulb: Faulty streetlights
  • :vertical_traffic_light: Traffic-light problems
  • :construction: Road obstructions
  • :motorway: Damaged road furniture
  • :cloud_with_rain: Landslides and other road-related issues
  • :office_building: Problems involving certain public infrastructure

Reports can include photos and GPS coordinates, allowing the relevant agencies to identify the location and follow up on the issue.

How It Works

  1. Open the MyJalan KKR application.
  2. Select the relevant type of road or infrastructure problem.
  3. Take or upload a photo.
  4. Allow the app to capture your location.
  5. Submit the complaint.
  6. Residents can also check the status of submitted complaints.

The service is free and available online through the MyJalan application.

With Puchong having many busy residential and commercial roads, residents can use an official channel instead of simply posting about road problems online.

If you notice a pothole, broken streetlight or other road issue in your area, remember to report it so the relevant authorities can follow up.
