KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 9): Malton Bhd (KL:MALTON) has officially introduced Mutiara Lake Puchong, a RM400 million lakeside condominium located in Puchong Town Centre, designed specifically with multigenerational families in mind.
In a statement released on Tuesday, the company said it unveiled the Mutiara Lake Puchong Sales Gallery and show unit over the weekend, giving the public an early look at the project.
The 5.3-acre development features a 34-storey residential tower housing 526 low-density units, with sizes ranging from 1,022 sq ft to 1,345 sq ft. Units come in three- and four-bedroom layouts, and the project is scheduled for completion in 4Q 2029.
Mutiara Lake Puchong represents Malton’s final project in the Puchong vicinity, following earlier developments such as Taman Mutiara Indah and Taman Mutiara Puchong.
The project, which emphasises practical living for families of different generations, has received a Provisional GreenRE Bronze certification under the residential category.
Malton executive director Datuk Hong Lay Chuan said, “Mutiara Lake Puchong reflects our dedication to creating functional, tranquil and well-connected living spaces where families of all ages can live, work and find balance.”
Residents will have access to more than 28 lifestyle facilities, including a lakefront infinity pool, landscaped gardens, play areas for children, a gymnasium and a multipurpose hall. The bathrooms will also feature elderly-friendly ramp access.
The project offers direct connectivity to the Damansara-Puchong Expressway and is located about 1km from the Pusat Bandar Puchong LRT station. A dedicated shuttle service will be provided to the LRT station and Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
Nearby conveniences include IOI Mall Puchong, Sunway Pyramid, Taman Wawasan Recreational Park, Sunway Lagoon, as well as multiple healthcare and educational facilities.
