Puchong could see another high-rise residential development as Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd prepares to unveil a new project in the area, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM610 million.
The planned development is part of the company’s expansion of its high-rise residential portfolio in the Klang Valley, alongside a separate project planned in Damansara.

- Another high-rise residential project in Damansara is estimated to have a GDV of RM520 million.
- The company will also continue focusing on its existing high-rise project in Cheras.
- Matrix Concepts recorded RM416.7 million in new property sales during the first quarter of FY2027.
- Its unbilled sales stood at RM1.5 billion as at June 30, 2026.
The planned Puchong project adds to the area’s ongoing residential development and could bring further activity to the local property market. For residents, future developments may also mean changes to the surrounding neighbourhood as new homes and supporting facilities are introduced.
