Malton Launches RM400 Million Mutiara Lake Puchong High-Rise Development
KUALA LUMPUR (April 27): Malton Bhd (KL:MALTON) officially launched Mutiara Lake Puchong, a lakeside high-rise development in Puchong, Selangor, last weekend. The project carries a gross development value of RM400 million.
According to a statement on Monday, the 5.3-acre development comprises a 34-storey residential tower featuring 526 condominium units ranging from 1,022 to 1,345 square feet, with prices starting from RM591,000.
“Mutiara Lake is a newly launched condominium that enhances quality of life through community and sustainable living, offering a balanced environment of functionality, comfort, and connectivity. This is Malton’s final residential development in the area, following the successful Mutiara Hilltop, Mutiara Indah, and Mutiara Puchong – all of which have become thriving communities today,” said Malton executive director Datuk Hong Lay Chuan.
The development has achieved Provisional GreenRE Bronze Certification in the Residential Category and offers amenities including a lakefront swimming pool, a gymnasium, and a designated campsite. The project is located approximately 1km from the Pusat Bandar Puchong LRT station and is easily accessible via the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP).
The development is scheduled for completion in 2029.
