KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 18): Malton Bhd has achieved an 80% take-up rate for its River Park high-rise residential project located at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
River Park comprises 1,332 condominium units ranging from 812 to 1,180 sq ft, with two- and three-bedroom layouts designed for diverse urban lifestyles. The development has reached a construction milestone with its topping-out ceremony held on Monday, according to a press statement.
“The topping-out of River Park marks a significant milestone for the group, underscoring our commitment to delivering quality homes on schedule. By the end of 2026, more than 1,300 families are expected to make River Park their home, bringing renewed vibrancy and opportunities to the Bangsar South area,” said Malton executive director Datuk Hong Lay Chuan in the statement.
Located between Old Klang Road and Bangsar South, and minutes from Mid Valley City, the project is connected to public transport and major highways. The developer has also invested RM25 million to develop a dedicated road linking the development to the Federal Highway and the New Pantai Expressway, which is expected to be completed alongside the project.
Connectivity will be further enhanced by a 300m pedestrian walkway to the Angkasapuri KTM Station and proximity to the planned Pantai Permai MRT3 Station, approximately 1km away.
Meanwhile, Malton is also preparing to launch Mutiara Lake Puchong, a 35-storey lakeside condominium in Puchong offering 526 units between 1,022 and 1,345 sq ft, with a projected gross development value of RM400 million.
The new project is set to launch in the 3Q2025 and is located about 1km from the Pusat Bandar Puchong LRT station.
