KUALA LUMPUR: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has announced the structural completion of Levia Residence Kuala Lumpur, marking its second development in the Klang Valley since entering the market.
With a gross development value of RM523 million, the project reflects Matrix Concepts’ steady expansion and long-term confidence in Malaysia’s property market.
Levia Residence has achieved up to an 88 per cent sales rate, consisting of 80 per cent of purchasers that have signed their sales and purchase agreements, further underscoring strong market reception and buyer confidence.
This milestone highlights the pinnacle of months of planning, engineering and construction, bringing the project closer to full completion.
Launched two years ago, Levia Residence is a development that embodies Matrix Concepts’ focus on thoughtful design, convenience and elevated living experiences by redefining luxury urban living.
The “Levia” brand began with Levia Kuala Lumpur and will continue with Levia Puchong, slated for launch in the second quarter of 2026.
With a strategic location at Pandan Perdana, Cheras, along with MRT connectivity and proximity to Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), Levia Residence benefits from strong growth fundamentals within a high-potential corridor.
Group executive director of Matrix Concepts Kelvin Lee Chin Chuan said that Levia Residence represents a meaningful milestone in their journey through the Klang Valley.

Levia Kuala Lumpur is the group’s first high-rise project fully undertaken by its in-house construction team, demonstrating Matrix Concepts’ growing capability in execution.
