PETALING JAYA – Isetan Kuala Lumpur has announced that they will be moving out from 1 Utama on the 5th of April 2022.
Isetan is a leading Japanese retailing franchise operating in many major shopping malls across Kuala Lumpur.
Their three-story outlet in 1 Utama located at Damansara is the only place shoppers from Selangor can get to having to drive all the way to the city centre of KL.
Eat Paradise located at the Old Wing 1U has famous food brands like Chateraise, Ma Maison, Menya Musashi and Sushi Ichiro.
Unfortunately, they have announced on social media today that their 1 Utama branch would be closing down on April 5th, 2022.
“After ten amazing years at 1 Utama, we would like to thank everyone for your unconditional support throughout.”
They emphasised in the post that their branches in Suria KLCC, The Gardens Mall and The Japan Store LOT 10 will remain operations.
Furthermore, their online store will also be available.
The cause for moving out 1 Utama mall was not specified in the post.
According to the comment section, all the counters in the department store will be moved out together.
Many fans, mainly for its food counters, mourned for the closure.
