What is PADU?

PADU is the Main Data Repository containing profiles of individuals and household information, including citizens and permanent residents throughout Malaysia. This profile information is obtained through the integration of administrative data from various sources regarding the people’s profiles.

What is the Objective of PADU?

The establishment of PADU aims to provide a secure, comprehensive, and accurate national main database with current data for digitalization and periodic analytical generation. It also aims to enhance the efficiency of Government service delivery systems, optimize the use of limited resources and narrow the socio-economic gap by addressing the needs of the population.

How to register PADU?

  1. Click the button “Log Masuk” or “Daftar Sekarang” in the main page of sistem PADU to begin with the registration process. Fill in all the relvant informations such as full name, IC number poskod and email.

  2. Enter One-Time-Password (OTP) that received from the SMS or email address that you have registered. Fill in the password which matched the criteria given.

  3. Once complete, scan the QR code which have shown to you to validate your identity in order to complete your account registration process.

This registration process will involve identity verification to protect your personal information.

Following are the individual authentication steps:

  1. Use your mobile devices to scan the QR code given and click “seterusnya” once u scan success.
  2. Take a photo on your ic card (front and back) and upload it.
  3. Take a selfie and upload it. After complete, u have success validate your identity.

How to Register And Update PADU At Counter?

  4. Statement of commitment
  5. Highest education
  6. Job notices

Register to Get a Free TNG Card

The Malaysian government has declared that the initial 3,000 individuals registering in its Primary Data Base (PADU) will be granted a complimentary NFC Touch 'n Go card. Additionally, participants will receive a discount at the prominent supermarket, Mydin, with the exact discount amount to be disclosed at a later date. These incentives are part of initiatives to facilitate the registration and information updating processes in the PADU system, which was inaugurated on January 2, 2024.
