Property developer Glomac Berhad has provided an update regarding the disposal of two prime parcels of vacant land in Puchong, valued at RM97.3 million.
The group clarified that an administrative adjustment has been made to the existing sale and purchase agreements, with Sunway Puchong Sdn Bhd now officially assuming the role of the purchaser to facilitate the completion of the transaction.
Despite the change in the purchasing entity, Glomac assured shareholders and stakeholders that the core fundamentals of the deal remain intact.
