A young girl sparked concern after becoming trapped inside a spiral climber at a playground in Puchong on Monday, 26 May.
Fortunately, firefighters from the Puchong Fire and Rescue Station quickly arrived at the scene to assist in the unusual rescue operation. According to a statement shared by the station on Facebook, the team received an emergency call involving a child who was stuck at a playground near Masjid Kampung Sri Aman.
Once firefighters arrived, they discovered the girl trapped inside the playground equipment and immediately worked together to safely free her by carefully lifting her out of the spiral climber.
After the successful rescue, the child was safely reunited with her mother and no injuries were reported.
The incident also caught the attention of many Malaysians online, with some leaving playful comments about the situation.
One commenter joked that the girl was lucky to be rescued quickly, or she might have had to celebrate Hari Raya Aidiladha at the playground itself, while also thanking the firefighters for their efforts.
