  • Chinese& English speaking instructor
  • 60 minute Group Aerial dance class (including warm-up, hammock exercises, and a relaxation session).
  • All necessary equipment such as hammock -Toiletries -Please change your sports/yoga suit before class start.
  • The class will start on time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to prepare."
  • Please bring own towel& drinking water& yoga mat& change of clothes
