Petaling Jaya, May 19 - Adopt a Keg allows beer lovers to fill their own virtual beer keg at Adop a Keg website by simply scanning the receipt and barcodes from their purchases of Carlsberg Danish Pilsner and Carlsberg Smooth Draught cans and bottles whether from convenience stores, online retailers, supermarkets or hypermarkets.

Once the keg is full, consumers will be rewarded with two free beers from Carlsberg Malaysia which can be redeemed via a QR code at participating F&B outlets when they reopen. Outlets offering redemptions will be reimbursed by Carlsberg Malaysia, helping with their operating expenses while building up customer patronage.

From June 1 to August 31 and limited to first 10,000 customers
How to participate
Buy Carlsberg Danish Pilsner and/or Carlsberg Smooth Draught cans or bottles
(320ml / 325ml / 500ml / 580ml / 640ml) from the local supermarket / hypermarket / e-commerce and follow the steps below subject to the terms and conditions:-

Log on to ADOPT A KEG WEBSITE to scan the label of the can

On 1st page of the Weblink: Key-in the Date of Birth and check on the Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions and click ‘Enter’;

On 2nd page of the Weblink: Understand the summary of 4 steps process to redeem for free 300ml Carlsberg Danish Pilsner glasses at participating outlets.

On 3rd page of the Weblink: Key-in all the required personal details correctly for sign-up/login. It is a mandatory requirement to fill in all the details on the same page.

On 4th page of the Weblink: Upon verification by the Organizer, eligible Consumer will receive an SMS notification for redemption.

On 5th page of the Weblink: Choose a name for your personalized keg
How to Redeem
Each Consumer is required to follow the steps below subject to the terms and conditions:-

Upload the proof of purchase on the purchased of Carlsberg product – One time only.

Scan the barcode from the purchased Carlsberg Danish Pilsner/Carlsberg Smooth Draught cans or bottles (320ml / 325ml / 500ml /580ml / 640ml) - Maximum 1 scan per day.

Personalized keg will be filled up for every scan. Maximum 4 scans per Consumer for two (2) free 300ml Carlsberg Danish Pilsner Glasses throughout the Promotion Period.

QR Code will be given to Consumer upon completion of maximum scan. Consumer may visit any participating outlets to redeem their free two (2) 300ml Carlsberg Danish Pilsner Glasses.
