Ingredients
- 250g Cream Cheese
- 80g Caster Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200ml whipping cream
- 10g corn starch
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Line the container with baking paper
- Mix in the sugar with cream cheese
- Stir the cream cheese and sugar over a boiled water bath until it looks smooth
- Mix in the egg yolk
- Min in the egg white
- Stir in the whipping cream
- Sieve in corn starch and continue stir
- Add in Vanilla extract
- Stir in until look smooth batter
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan
- Bake at the middle rack of a preheated oven at 210c for 35 minutes.
- Let the cake stay for 5 minutes in the closed owen
- Let the cake cool down for about 30-45 minutes
- Cover with aluminum foil together with the container and refrigerate the cake for 1 night.
