The Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department discovered the body of a foreign woman at Pavilion Suites, prompting a police investigation into the incident.
KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 11 — The Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department responded to an early morning call regarding the discovery of a foreign woman’s body on the foyer roof of Pavilion Suites on Jalan Bukit Bintang. The emergency call came through the MERS 999 hotline at 3.57 am.
Arriving at the scene, rescue personnel found the woman’s body and utilized a skylift to extricate her by 7.48 am. The Health Ministry confirmed her death on-site, and the body was handed over to the police for further investigation. The circumstances surrounding the fall, including its height and origin, remain unknown.
Pavilion Suites is adjacent to the popular Pavilion KL shopping mall, adding to the public interest in the incident.
