Ajiya Bhd is set to dispose of an industrial property in Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama to Esprit Care Sdn Bhd for RM58 million.
The proposed sale involves a freehold industrial property comprising a single-storey factory and a two-storey office building. Ajiya’s wholly owned subsidiary, Ajiya Safety Glass Sdn Bhd, signed the sale and purchase agreement with Esprit Care on 1 October 2026.

Ajiya said the disposal is part of its restructuring and consolidation efforts. The company also said production capacity previously linked to the property has already been transferred to its main facility, so the sale is not expected to materially affect its manufacturing operations.
The company expects to use the proceeds for working capital, business expansion, potential investments and possible dividend distribution. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027, subject to the relevant conditions.
