Units range from 550 to 1,130sqft, catering to various needs. Additionally, Aster, a 121-unit terrace home project, and Oakleaf, comprising 272 three-storey townhouse units, are slated for launch. These residences feature modern amenities and eco-friendly elements like solar photovoltaic conduits and EV charging points. Show units for these projects are expected to be available by March 2024, reflecting the township’s commitment to sustainable living and diverse housing options.
