Acknowledged this fishball noodle shop for quite some time at Bandar Puteri Puchong. I’m not a fishball lover, therefore fishball noodle was never my first option for any of my meal. But, I must praise this shop YOU Fishball Noodles - 友记 .
The fishball tastes very different from those sold in the market which are ready-made. I’m from Ipoh, therefore I have high requirement standards for the taste of the dry noodle. This is the only shop that can fulfill my requirements. Ipoh’s dry noodle tastes different because of the black soy sauce. I prefer Ipoh’s style dry noodle - less sweet.
The FuZok cost rm1.40/pcs, not cheap but crispy, to eat with soup or just fried.
